Producer’s Collaborative Songwriting Terms and Conditions

By collaborating in this songwriting process, you agree to the following terms:

‍Songwriting Participation
‍Your creative input contributes to decisions about specific elements of the song (such as melody, lyrics, or instrumentation). However, it does not grant you any legal rights or influence over other aspects of the song, including but not limited to: Song title, Release date, Distribution method or platforms, Record label or publishing details, Publishing, Neighbouring rights royalties

‍Royalties:
In exchange for your creative input, you are entitled to a proportion of the revenue generated from the song's royalties. These royalties are strictly master recording royalties.

‍Master Recording Royalties: Refers to the payment made to recording artists, record labels, and producers whenever the sound recordings of their work are streamed, downloaded, or bought physically.
‍
You will not be entitled to any publishing royalties, which are derived from the songwriting, composition, or lyrics of the song. Nor will you have any claim to other revenue streams associated with the song outside of the master recording royalties.

The royalties you receive are based solely on your contribution through the Producers Portal as a songwriter.

‍Proportional Master Recording Royalties Based on Producer NFTs:
Each Producer NFT represents the equivalent of 1/3500 of the Producers' collective input and the master recording royalties split allocated to the Producers' pool. The more Producer NFTs you hold in the portal wallet, the larger your creative decision power and the larger your proportionate share of the master recording royalties.

You are entitled to master recording royalties for as long as you own the Producer NFT used in the song's collaborative process. If you transfer your NFT to another party, the royalty rights associated with this song will not transfer to the new owner. The new owner will need to participate in the Producers Portal for future songs to be entitled to any master recording royalties.

‍Non-Influence on Other Matters:
Producers Portal participants are not entitled to make or influence decisions regarding the following: Song title or artwork, Release schedule or strategy, Label selection or promotional activities, Any other aspects not directly related to the songwriting process

By participating in the creative songwriting process (the Producers Portal), you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
